The Multicultural Community Service (MCS) is a non-profit organization that encourages, promotes, and facilitates broad and inclusive civic participation.   Founded in 1997 to build on strength through diversity in the neighborhoods of Adams Morgan, Columbia Heights, Mount Pleasant, and Shaw, today, MCS provides services throughout the Washington DC Metropolitan Area in the areas of Language Services, Parent Training and Support and Youth Development.
